Refund policy

Returns are accepted on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email customercare@cotiofficial.com with your order number.

If an item arrives defective, or if we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping. We do not provide return labels for these, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
