Refund policy

Returns are accepted on unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email customercare@cotiofficial.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return labels are not provided. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.
