Refund policy

Returns are accepted on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, email customercare@cotiofficial.com with your order number.

If an item arrives defective, or if we sent the wrong item, COTI covers return shipping. Email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. COTI does not provide return labels for these, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

COTI does not offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after the return is received and inspected.
