All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions or errors in pricing or availability.

3. Discounts & Promotions

From time to time, COTI may offer promotional discounts, sales, or special offers. These promotions are subject to specific terms, may not be combined with other offers, and are valid only during the stated promotional period.

4. Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.
Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact customercare@cotiofficial.com before sending your item back.

Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Items must be received in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on items marked Final Sale.

All content on this Site—including text, images, product descriptions, graphics, logos, and designs—is the property of COTI LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
