Shipping policy

COTI ships within the United States. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and shipped via UPS. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on location.

A tracking confirmation will be sent once your order ships. Shipping fees are non-refundable. COTI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
